Return Policy

What can I return?


Everything except the following:

Pre Order products that are   tomised are not returnable

Adult sizes of all products are not returnable

Products with additional sleeves, dupatta or personalisation are not returnable

Hair Accessories, Under Wear, Vests, Rakhis, Pillows, Bedding, Blankets, Bunting, Play Mats, Towels, Photo Props, Diapers, Bows & Ties, Bangles and Doll Dresses are not returnable

All returnable products should have its original packing, labels & tags intact. It should be and in a saleable condition

Returns rune-online.shopt be initiated within 10 days from delivery date

For all orders delivered within India, a restocking fee will be charged on every item returned.

How can I return eligible products?


For orders delivered in India:


You can simply login to your Little Muffet account and schedule a free reverse pick up

Alternately you can email alpineeaste.shop at support within 10 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return in the email.

For pincodes that do not have the reverse pickup facility, you would need to send the products back to at your own expense. Return


Please email  at support within 10 days from the delivery date with your order number and eligible products(s) you would like to return

You need to ship the products back to within 30 days from the delivery date. Return 

You can send the products with your friends/family or a local logistics company

You will be liable to pay the return shipping and Indian toms charges which is non-refundable

 


When will I get my refund?


Once we receive the return, the product(s) will go through a quality check

After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to the original mode of payment

For all orders delivered within India, a restocking fee will be charged on every item returned.

US 20 per item if it is picked up by Little Muffet

USD 20 per item if it is sent by you

For all orders shipped but not accepted within India, a restocking fee of USD 20 per item will be charged

It may take up to 7-10 days for the refund to reflect in your account

In case of COD orders, we will need your bank account details to process the refund

Any shipping charges, toms duty / taxes are not refundable

 


What if I have received a faulty/defective product?


We are super diligent about our quality checks. In a rare case if you receive a faulty/defective or have any issues with the product, please email within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of the defect/issue in the email.


 


What if I received a product that does not match my tomisation request?


We quality check every product before it is packaged.  tomisations are double checked by a dedicated team. In a rare case if you receive a product that does not match the tomisation request, please email  within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of a tape measure on top of the product.


Good to know:


Product measurements can vary by 1-2 inches since the method of taking measurements is variable

If body measurements are provided for tomisation then the outfit can be up to 3 inches more than body measurements for girls and up to 5 inches more than body measurements for boys. Also the loosening can vary for each design.

 


Do you offer exchange of sizes?


The exchange option is not available. Nevertheless, you can always return eligible products within the return period and place another order for the size you need.


 


How can I cancel my order?


Pre-Order / tomised products can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order

All other products can be cancelled until the order is shipped

Please email  in case you want to cancel your order. Please include the order number and the product(s) you wish to cancel in the email

 


Other Policies


Balance on gift cards cannot be encashed

Once a product is ed, we can not ascertain the durability since the age of the product varies based on the individual

Product images are professionally clicked due to which sometimes the colour of the actual product may vary from the image

In case a product is missing from your shipment please email within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment for  to investigate further
